Cooking is often described as a 24/7 job, but no show has ever pushed chefs to capture that intensity — until now. 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing is part culinary marathon, part social experiment, as 24 chefs face 24 challenges across 24 relentless hours.
In rolling three-hour shifts, contestants take on tasks that test speed, artistry and adaptability, producing dishes designed to impress the hosts and a lineup of guest judges. With exhaustion mounting, twists and curveballs make even the simplest techniques feel impossible.
One by one, chefs are eliminated until only four remain. Dead on their feet, they must summon every last ounce of energy and skill to deliver the dish of their lives and take home the prize.
